4. API Usage

The current pricing plans for the Service are published on the Company’s website at https://miraqon.com/#pricing.

The Company offers the following plans:

  • Demo – up to 150 API requests per IP address, full API access.
  • Standard – $500.00 per month, up to 50,000 API requests per month, full API access, email support
  • Professional Plan – $1,500.00 per month, up to 200,000 API requests per month, full API access, email support

All pricing, features, usage limits, and billing structures are determined by the Company at its sole discretion and may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the Website and will take effect as specified at the time of publication.

Users of the API agree that they will not:

  • abuse the API or send excessive requests
  • attempt to bypass usage limits
  • redistribute or resell the data without permission

All payments for MiraQon API services are due upon receipt of the invoice. API access will be activated only after successful payment. Payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all billing information is accurate and up to date.

5. Data Disclaimer

While MiraQon strives to provide accurate and useful information, the pricing data available through the Service:

  • may not reflect real-time market prices
  • may contain inaccuracies or estimation errors
  • may vary depending on local suppliers and conditions
